Function
01. New Tensioners
Large LED for easier monitoring of machine status. User-friendly thread ensures easier threading.
02. Servo Drive Motors
Powerful servo motors are designed for high productivity, reliability and excellent stitch quality.
03. High Speed 9-Needle Rotary Head
High speed rotary head with maximum speed or 1200 spm. Our unique rotary head provides superior embroidery quality, productivity, and durability.The compact head offers more room for fabric and frame changes, and is highly regarded in the industry. Additionally, the rotary head allows quick and smooth color changes.
04. High Quality MK6 Trimmers
Upper and lower bobbin thread is cut simultaneously during trimming. The MK6 trimmers have a reputation for high performance and exceptional durability.
05. Double Field Function (Continuous Embroidery)
BELS-Y920H 600X300/600 example:
☞ Maximum embroidery field: 600mm in vertical x 300mm in horizontal direction when using all 18 heads
☞ Maximum embroidery field: 600mm in vertical x 600mm in horizontal direction when using every other head (10 heads).
(Note) Only even or odd heads can be used in standard specifications. Only odd number of heads can be used in some specifications.
06. Hoop Outline Display
Frame can be displayed on the screen by reading the barcode attached on frame.
※A barcode reader is required separately.
07. Frame Centering / Frame Limit Function
Places current design in the frame automatically
Frame Centering function sets a design in a selected frame automatically.
Prevents machine operation if design is outside of frame limit
Frame Limit function prevents the accidental hitting of the frame. If a design is outside of the frame parameters, the machine will not operate.

Bluetooth Design Transfer
Bluetooth Manager networking software allows for the connectivity of up to 7 devices, including Barudan L series embroidery machines. Operators can easily drag/drop designs to multiple machines up to 10 times faster compared to serial communication—even large stitch count designs.

LAN connection
B-NET networking software connects up to 100 machines. Using a LAN Ethernet connection, the Barudan BELS-H Series 9 Needles lets operators push designs via Schedule Mode or pull them through Direct Download Mode. It also delivers web-based dashboards, live machine status tracking, and detailed production analytics reports. These smart connectivity features boost workflow efficiency, improve real-time control, and enhance productivity in modern industrial embroidery operations.
