Function
01. New Tensioners
The large LED display makes it easy to monitor the machine’s operating status. Updated thread guides make threading easy.
02. Servo Drive Motors
Powerful servo motors are designed for high productivity, reliability and excellent stitch quality.
03. 15 Needle In-Line Sewing Head
15 colors reduces machine downtime by minimizing thread changes. Each head cancel individually for single or small orders.
04. High Quality MK6 Trimmers
Upper and lower bobbin thread is cut simultaneously during trimming. The MK6 trimmers have a reputation for high performance and exceptional durability.
05. Double Field Function (Continuous Designs)
BELS-S1518 800X400/500 Example:
☞ Maximum embroidery field: 800mm in vertical x 400mm in horizontal direction while using all 18 heads.
☞ Maximum embroidery field: 800mm in vertical x 500mm in horizontal direction while using 9 heads–either by even or odd numbered of heads
(Note) Both even and odd number of heads can be selected and used in standard specification. Only odd number of heads can be used in some specifications.
06. Head Selection Function
Large, continuous embroidery can be produced by controlling each head individually.

Frame can be displayed on the screen by reading the barcode attached on frame.

Bluetooth Design Transfer
Bluetooth Manager networking software allows for the connectivity of up to 7 devices, including Barudan L series embroidery machines. Operators can easily drag/drop designs to multiple machines up to 10 times faster compared to serial communication—even large stitch count designs.
The Barudan BELS Series 15 Colors requires a separate Bluetooth receiver and the “Bluetooth Manager” software to enable Bluetooth connectivity and manage wireless data transfer.
LAN connection
B-NET networking software connects up to 100 machines. Using a LAN Ethernet connection, the Barudan BELS Series 15 Colors lets operators push designs through Schedule Mode or pull them via Direct Download Mode. It also enables web-based dashboards, live machine status monitoring, and detailed production reporting. These smart connectivity features enhance workflow control, improve production visibility, and boost efficiency in modern industrial embroidery operations.
