Barudan BELS-C Series 15 Needles Latest Multi Head Drop Table
Multi-head drop table model that continous to lead the industry with superior stitch quality, productivity and durability.
Designed for high volume production with 15-needles and either 12 or 15 heads with an embroidery area of 450mm (H) x 380mm or 520mm (V). With a variety of frames suitable for embroidery on many products such as apparel, sports uniforms, work clothes, shoes, sox, gloves, caps, bags and more.

Barudan BELS C Series
Function
01. Narrow Cylinder Arm
Equipped with the smallest diameter cylinder arm in the industry and a new thread trimmer that allows embroidering on smaller areas such as slippers and pockets.
02. Servo Drive Motors
Powerful servo motors are designed for high productivity, reliability and excellent stitch quality.
03. New Tensioners
Large LED for easier monitoring of machine status. User-friendly thread ensures easier threading.
04. 15 Needle In-Line Sewing Head
15 colors reduces machine downtime by minimizing thread changes.
Each head can be cancelled individually for single or small orders.
05. Standard Laser Pointer
Laser pointer assures easier centering and placement of design in frame.
06. Name Drop
Easier to view multiple name designs
Separates names in a multiple name design for verifying and sewing.
Easy to repair name
Access a single name if repair is needed.
Audible Alert
When a name is finished sewing, machine beeps to notify operator to change over to next item to be sewn. Operator is free to perform other tasks while machine is running.
07. Head Selection Function
Large, continuous embroidery designs can be produced by controlling each head individually.
08. Hoop Outline Display
Frame can be displayed on the screen by reading the barcode attached on frame.

09. Frame Centering / Frame Limit Function
Places current design in the frame automatically
Frame Centering function sets a design in a selected frame automatically.
Prevents machine operation if design is outside of frame limit
Frame Limit function prevents the accidental hitting of the frame. If a design is outside of the frame parameters, the machine will not operate.

11. Cap Frame Mode
Easy to change from Cap/Blue Frame mode.

Bluetooth Design Transfer
Bluetooth Manager networking software allows for the connectivity of up to 7 devices, including Barudan L series embroidery machines. Operators can easily drag/drop designs to multiple machines up to 10 times faster compared to serial communication—even large stitch count designs.
※ Bluetooth receiver and special software “Bluetooth Manager” are required separately
LAN connection
B-NET networking software connects up to 100 machines. Using a LAN Ethernet connection, the Barudan BELS-C Series 15 Needles allows users to push designs through Schedule Mode or pull them using Direct Download Mode. The system also enables users to access web-based dashboards, monitor machine status in real time, and generate detailed production reports. These advanced connectivity features improve workflow efficiency, enhance production control, and support better decision-making in high-volume embroidery operations.
