Product Introduction
1. From Garment CAD software – CAM control system – Precision Machinery manufacturing, those are the cutting ecosystem with completely independent R&D and intellectual property rights.
2. Machine head adopts a modular structure with double tool holders. Integrated cutting, drilling, and marking pens those three features, are suitable for diversified cutting process requirement.
3. Adopting an intelligent LCD touch screen, it has flexible touch control and convenient operation.
4. Intelligent cutter can change speed smartly according to the cutting track-line, automatically adjust cutter angle, compensate for lateral stress, and ensure the consistency of upper and lower layers with the maximum extent.
5. Use ultra-high hardness tungsten steel blade for cutting, hard and wear-resistant, no need blade sharpened, lower the consumables cost.
6. Real-time cutting control function, real-time display of cutting locus, with faulty alarm, and have function for diagnosis and troubleshooting remotely.
7. Heat-sink system, electro-control cabinet and machine head are equipped with heat dissipation devices, to avoid damage on the core components of machine due to excessive temperature under long period heavy duty operation.
8. Continuous cutting through cutting window automatically, no requirement of re-positioning, and no gap reservation on new fabric bed. Cutting patterns can be any length, this will be saving fabrics.
9. Conveyor belt with automatic discharging system, can intelligently identify cut pieces finished and delivers to material collection table.
10. Intelligently controlled vacuum pump, with real-time monitor system of the vacuum pressure and inverter closed loop controlled, ensure sufficient and constant vacuum suction for the fabric.
11. Machine body can be made with split-structure which is suitable for land, sea transportation, easy for movement and loading.
