High-Precision Twin-Needle Sewing
The Juki LH-3588A lockstitch machine performs accurate twin-needle stitching for consistent seams on various garments.
Operators achieve professional-quality parallel stitches on shirts, denim, uniforms, and outerwear. The twin-needle setup boosts productivity and ensures durable, uniform seams. Manufacturers maintain high standards while reducing rework and fabric waste.
A semi-dry head is now installed in all of the models of the LH-3500A Series
All models of the Juki LH-3588A lockstitch machine Series are provided with a semi-dry head to eliminate staining with oil from the frame (the needle bar part).
The “large-hook type” uses a hook 1.8 times larger than standard. This increase in size reduces the frequency of bobbin-thread changes
The sewing machine eliminates waste time and reduces the operator’s stress.
Many different models are available to match the type of materials.
Operators can choose the best-suited model from a wide variety, covering light- to heavy-weight fabrics.
Production Support Function
The production support function includes three main features (six selectable modes): output control, operation measurement, and bobbin counting. Operators can select the appropriate mode as needed to optimize production.
Operators set parameters directly on the panel located at the top of the sewing machine, reducing fatigue during setup and changeovers.
