Production efficiency increases significantly with the built-in front conveyor belt system. Automatic belt warping prevention keeps upper and lower belts perfectly aligned. The integrated feedback control system minimizes operational errors. Temperature stability remains within ±3°C through electronic thermostat and SSR control. This precision guarantees uniform bonding quality across every garment piece. The Hashima Straight Linear Fusing Press supports consistent performance during long working hours.
Advanced Control and Material Adaptability
Operators control heating zones easily using the heater control switch. Upper, lower, front, and rear heaters adjust independently for different fabric types. This flexibility allows safe processing of delicate and heavy materials. The silicon-coated pressure rollers ensure smooth fabric movement. When pressure equals zero, the rollers separate completely for safety. The special hard alumite heating plate resists wear and extends machine lifespan. Optional Rotary Strip Off Device enhances production speed. Multiple stacker configurations integrate smoothly with existing production lines.

- As the Tension Rollers are adopted on the Back of the belts, Fabrics or extra interlining never twine around the tension roller, therefore elts will be never damaged by twined fabrics or interlining.
