Drop table models that combine technology cultivated from many years of high-performance multi-head machine sales, providing the highest embroidery quality and productivity in the industry.
Equipped with a 15 needle in-line head with options for 2 to 8 heads. The KY CII models meet a wide range of needs with the industry’s largest embroidery area of 450mm (H) x 380mm or 520mm (V).
The adoption of a newly designed thread trimmer and small diameter cylinder arm enables embroidery in tight areas such as pockets and small bags.
A wide array of frames are available, allowing embroidery on a diverse range of products including apparel, sportswear, uniforms, workwear, school merchandise, shoes, socks, gloves, hats, bags, and more.

01. Narrow Cylinder Arm

Smaller diameter cylinder arm and newly designed trimmer allows sewing deeper into narrow area on pockets and slippers.

02. Open Bridge-Type Chassis with Servo Motors

Open bridge chassis allows more room for sewing on shoes and bags.

03. New Tensioner

Larger LED on the new tensioner allows quick monitoring of machine status. New thread guides ensure easier threading.

04. 15 Needle In-Line Sewing Head

15 thread colors reduces machine downtime by minimizing thread changes.
Each head can be cancelled individually for single or small orders.

05. Compact Machine Width

With the detachable table is removed, the machine width is 800 mm. This allows the machine to fit through smaller doorways.

06. Standard Laser Pointer

Laser pointer assures easier centering and placement of design in frame.

07. Name Drop

Easier to view multiple name designs

Separates names in a multiple name design for verifying and sewing.

Easy to repair name

Access a single name if repair is needed

Audible Alert

When a name is finished sewing, machine beeps to notify operator to change over to next item to be sewn. Operator is free to perform other tasks while machine is running.

08. Hoop Outline Displayed on Machine

Displays the frame in use on screen by scanning a barcode attached to the frame.
Barcode reader is required separately.

09. Frame Centering / Frame Limit Function

Places current design in the frame automatically

Frame Centering function sets a design in a selected frame automatically.

Prevents machine operation if design is outside of frame limit

Frame Limit function prevents the accidental hitting of the frame. If a design is outside of the frame parameters, the machine will not operate.

10. Shortcuts

11. Cap Frame Mode

Easy to change from Cap/Blue Frame mode.

Bluetooth Design Transfer

Bluetooth Manager networking software allows for the connectivity of up to 7 devices, including Barudan K-Series embroidery machines. Operators can easily drag/drop designs to multiple machines up to 10 times faster compared to serial communication–even large stitch count designs.
Bluetooth receiver and special software “Bluetooth Manager” are required separately

LAN connection

B-NET networking software connects up to 100 machines. Using LAN Ethernet connection, designs can be pushed via Schedule Mode, or pulled by Direct Download Mode. Additional features, such as web-based dashboards, machine status and production reports can be added.
Special networking software is required separately. The number of connection is different depnding on the sotware.
