This advanced multi-head model from Barudan combines industry leading technology, superior embroidery quality, productivity, and durability.
Designed for high-volume production, the BEKS Series offer 9-needles, and options from 10 to 28 heads. It meets a wide range of needs with an embroidery area of 450 to 1500mm (H) x 243 to 500mm (V).
The compact head width improves the ease of fabric and frame changes, and it supports embroidery on a wide range of products, including garments, hats, shoes, and bags.

Function

01. New Tensioners

The large LED display makes it easy to monitor the machine’s operating status. Updated thread guides make threading easy.

 

02. Servo Drive Motors

Powerful servo motors are designed for high productivity, reliability and excellent stitch quality.

 

03. Rotary Head with 9 Needles

Our unique rotary head provides superior embroidery quality, productivity, and durability.The compact head offers more room for fabric and frame changes, and it highly regarded in the industry. Additionally, the rotary head allows quick and smooth color changes.

 

04. High Quality MK6 Trimmers

Upper and lower bobbin thread is cut simultaneously during trimming. The MK6 trimmers have a reputation for high performance and exceptional durability.

 

05. Double Field Function (Continuous Designs)

BEKS-Y920 600X300/600 example:
Maximum embroidery field: 600mm in vertical x 300mm in horizontal direction when using all 18 heads
Maximum embroidery field: 600mm in vertical x 600mm in horizontal direction when using every other head (10 heads).

(Note) Only even or odd heads can be used in standard specifications. Only odd number of heads can be used in some specifications.

 

06. Matrix

Useful function for producing badges and emblems.
Machine sews continously by entering the number of lines and rows.

 

07. Hoop Outline Displayed on Machine

Displays the frame in use on screen by scanning a barcode attached to the frame.
Barcode reader is required separately.

 

08. Frame Centering / Frame Limit Function

Places current design in the frame automatically

Frame Centering function sets a design in a selected frame automatically.

Prevents machine operation if design is outside of frame limit

Frame Limit function prevents the accidental hitting of the frame. If a design is outside of the frame parameters, the machine will not operate.

 

09. Shortcuts

10. Design Transfer / Machine Networking

Bluetooth Design Transfer

Bluetooth Manager networking software allows for the connectivity of up to 7 devices, including Barudan K-Series embroidery machines. Operators can easily drag/drop designs to multiple machines up to 10 times faster compared to serial communication–even large stitch count designs.
Bluetooth receiver and special software “Bluetooth Manager” are required separately

LAN connection

B-NET networking software connects up to 100 machines. Using LAN Ethernet connection, designs can be pushed via Schedule Mode, or pulled by Direct Download Mode. Additional features, such as web-based dashboards, machine status and production reports can be added.
Special networking software is required separately. The number of connection is different depnding on the sotware.
