BARUDAN BEKS-CLZ Series (Chenille Combination)
Several models are available, combining chenille and regular embroidery for increased productivity and superior quality.
Standard 6 colors for chenille stitching and a choice of 9 or 12 colors for regular embroidery. Available in sizes from 2 to 14-heads, with embroidery areas from 450mm to 1000mm (H) x 500mm to 550mm (V).

01. Chenille Sewing Head

Automatically switches from Standard Embroidery to Chenille Embroidery Auto/Semi-Auto Switching from/to regular embroidery and chenille embroidery. |

Automatic Needle Bar Height Adjustment System Ten levels of needle height adjustment. Size of chain stitch and height of loop stitch can also be adjusted. |

Automatic Needle Bar Raising Function Smooth frame/material changes are made easier by the movement of needle bars, nipples and presser foot. |

Automatic Tension Open / Close Function Appropriate thread tension can be adjusted automatically for chain stitch, loop stitch and other stitches. |

Bluetooth Design Transfer Bluetooth Manager networking software allows for the connectivity of up to 7 devices, including Barudan K-Series embroidery machines. Operators can easily drag/drop designs to multiple machines up to 10 times faster compared to serial communication–even large stitch count designs. |

LAN connection B-NET networking software connects up to 100 machines. Using LAN Ethernet connection, designs can be pushed via Schedule Mode, or pulled by Direct Download Mode. Additional features, such as web-based dashboards, machine status and production reports can be added. |
