High-Speed Buttonholing Sewing Machine
The Juki MEB-3200 Eyelet Buttonholing System perators can digitally set the needle and looper thread tensions on the operation panel according to sewing conditions.
The system allows users to register data for each pattern, making it easy to reproduce the same sewing conditions consistently.
Using conventional machines, it’s often quite difficult to reproduce the same sewing conditions. This machine does it with ease. With this capability, the MEB-3200 responds immediately to material changes, significantly reducing the time required for setup changes or adjustments. The machine also ensures the consistent production of high-quality seams.
Operators can set thread tensions separately for different buttonhole sections, including eyelet and parallel sections.
Smart Programming and Operator Support
The Juki MEB-3200 Eyelet Buttonholing System includes an intuitive control panel that allows operators to program and store multiple eyelet patterns. Users adjust stitch parameters easily through the digital interface, reducing setup time and operator fatigue. The system supports USB connectivity, enabling simple data transfer and software updates. Operators can manage pattern libraries with ease and quickly recall stored programs for repeat jobs. This intelligent feature set improves accuracy while minimizing manual intervention. The ergonomic layout ensures comfortable operation during long production shifts.
The machine includes 10 standard stitching shape patterns and stores up to 89 patterns in memory for quick selection.

Newly developed machine head that efficiently sews longitudinal buttonholes
JUKI has newly developed a machine head with a shallow recess. For the efficient sewing of longitudinal buttonholing.
Use MEB-3200RS for combined use for lateral and longitudinal buttonholing.
The machine head has a wider space under the work clamps to permit easy placement of a sewing product, thereby improving workability.
The semi-sunken machine head promises easy placement and smooth handling of sewing products.
The amount of material opened can be easily adjusted using the screw mounted outside the machine head.
Direct-drive motor is adopted
The machine has adopted a direct-drive method that connects a compact AC servomotor directly to the hook-driving shaft. The quick startup and increased stopping accuracy obtained as a results guarantees outstanding responsiveness.
In addition, the direct-drive motor does not use a V-belt to reduce power consumption.
MEB-3200SSM, provided with multi-cutting device
The multi-cutting device uses a separate cloth cutting knife with two blade sections, one for eyelet sections and one for straight sections. The machine sews eyelet buttonholes on the front body and straight buttonholes on lapels without requiring a knife change. This capability eliminates the need for two separate buttonholing machines when sewing men’s wear. By performing two different buttonholing operations, the MEB-3200M reduces setup time by half, including thread color changes. This efficiency directly increases overall productivity. The machine drops the knife two or more times per cycle to sew various buttonhole sizes without changing the knife guard. It supports eyelet buttonholes from 18 mm to 38 mm and straight buttonholes from 10 mm to 38 mm. This flexibility makes the machine ideal for small-lot ladies’ wear production with frequent design changes.
The machine comes standard with a needle thread clamp device to ensure stable and precise stitching.

The needle thread clamp device eliminates the thread securing procedure by tucking the needle thread in the finished seams.
The needle thread clamp device retains the needle thread to ensure neat seam formation from the very first stitch.
